This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu No. 6698 (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, "KVKK").

2. What data we process
- Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address.
- Business details: business name, sector, requested domain, order and package choices.
- Correspondence: the messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone and email, and what you write to the chat assistant on the site.
- Invoicing and payment: company name, address, tax or Turkish ID number, payment records.
- Technical logs: the IP address, browser information and access time recorded by our hosting provider when you visit the site.
Before opening WhatsApp, the contact form, price calculator, live preview and package buttons on our site save the details you enter (name, phone, email, business name, package and add-on choices, your message) as an enquiry record on our own server so that we can get back to you. We do not store your IP address in this record. Whether you send the WhatsApp message is still up to you; the enquiry record is created even if you do not send it.
3. Why we process it and our legal grounds

4. Who we share it with
- Domain registrars: the details needed to register your domain in your name.
- Accounting and our accountant: for invoices and tax records.
- Authorized public authorities: when required by law.
- Hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA): technical access logs kept so the site can run.
- AI service providers (USA/EU): if you use the chat assistant on the site, what you write to it, so that answers can be generated and their quality monitored. Please do not enter ID numbers, passwords or card details in the assistant.
About WhatsApp: When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is transmitted through the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure and is subject to that service's own privacy terms. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you can also reach us by email.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and correspondence that stays at the quotation stage for 1 year, and contract and invoice records for the period required by the relevant legislation (usually 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law). When the period ends, we delete, destroy or anonymise the data.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- To learn whether your data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
- To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request deletion or destruction of the data when the legal conditions are met, and to request that the parties it was transferred to are notified of this,
- To object to a result against you that comes from analysis by automated systems,
- To request compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
